AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between ALI303 GROUP LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Cambodia and located at:

and you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity), concerning your access to and use of the website https://ali303.com and all related services, platforms, or applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You confirm that:

  • Your content does not violate any laws, is not offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful.

  • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your Contributions.

We may remove or edit any Contribution at our discretion.

10. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE

By submitting Contributions, you grant us:

  • An unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, and distribute your content in any media.

  • Permission to use your name, trademarks, company or franchise name in connection with such use.

You retain ownership of your Contributions, but you waive any moral rights and agree not to hold us liable for any use of your content.

11. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS

When submitting reviews:

  • You must have firsthand experience.

  • Reviews must not contain profanity, hate speech, discrimination, or false information.

  • You may not be affiliated with competitors if submitting negative reviews.

  • No fake or organized review campaigns are allowed.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA

You may link your account to third-party social media accounts.
By doing so, you authorize us to:

  • Access and display your content from third-party platforms.

  • Store necessary data to maintain the connection.

You can disconnect such access at any time. We are not liable for third-party data or content.

13. ADVERTISERS

We may display third-party advertisements on the Services.

    Both you and ALI303 GROUP LTD agree that any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.

    20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    Informal Negotiation

    Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

    Binding Arbitration

    Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court (Belgium), seated in Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia.

    • Language of proceedings: Khmer

    • Number of arbitrators: 3

    • Governing law: Cambodian law

    Restrictions

    • Arbitration is limited to individual disputes.

    • No class actions or group arbitration.

    Exceptions

    Disputes related to intellectual property, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief are not subject to arbitration and may be brought in court.

    21. CORRECTIONS

    We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions found in the Services, including pricing or product descriptions, at any time without notice.

    22. DISCLAIMER

    The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
    We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    25. USER DATA

    While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for your data.
    We are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

    26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES

    By using the Services, you consent to:

    • Receiving communications electronically

    • Electronic signatures and records having the same legal effect as physical documents

    You waive rights requiring non-electronic formats unless required by law.

    27. MISCELLANEOUS

    These Terms and any posted policies constitute the full agreement between you and ALI303 GROUP LTD.
    We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.
    If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms will remain in effect.

    No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created between us.
    These Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
